Conference Campaign Package



Design campaign materials – postcard, persona, and

mockup for HTML invite – for the UM Byzantine Studies Conference.

Concept and Ideation:

•Unity in the design is maintained (image, colors, titles, typographic solution, UI).

•All text content and all logotypes are included.

Design Principles:

Color: color palette corresponds with the message and audience.

Composition: Balance. Effective use of free space. Alignment. The Rule of Thirds is applied.

•Effective use of gestalt principles: proximity (meaningful grouping), similarity

•Emphasis is added to the important information (title, dates, location; all hyperlinks are styled)

•Quality background isolation for persona image. Edge refinement technique is applied to the isolated areas
